60-Hour Clock

Same day. Same seconds. Different agreement. This clock splits one normal day into 60 hours, with each new hour lasting 24 normal minutes.

1 new hour = 24 normal minutes
1 new minute = 60 normal seconds
Midnight Normal 00:00 becomes 60-hour 00:00. This is the shared zero point.
Noon Normal 12:00 becomes 60-hour 30:00 because half the day has passed.
Almost Midnight Normal 23:59:59 becomes 60-hour 59:23:59, then rolls back to zero.
